Dale Ericson earned his Associate of Science in Electrical Technology from the State University of New York. He joined Carastro & Associates, Inc. in 1983 as a Senior Electrical Designer.
Mr. Ericson has design experience in electrical schematic and control function design, process power and control for industrial waste water treatment facilities. His experience and knowledge of construction techniques enables him to ensure accurate designs that are produced on time and within budget.
Mr. Ericson has a broad background in the design of power distribution systems, interior and exterior lighting systems, as well as fire alarm and low voltage systems. Mr. Ericson has also designed and coordinated projects for major hotels, a large airport, an aquarium complex, several high schools and event centers and has received special recognition for his lighting design for a local museum and the exterior lighting of a hotel and office complex.
Mr. Ericson has designed various terminals for a large trucking company, water treatment plants, potable and reclaimed water storage systems, pumping installations, several Caribbean resorts, assisted living facilities and a gas turbine co-generation facility.
Mr. Ericson is a member of the Illumination Engineering Society and is a certified Commercial Electrical Inspector by the International Code Council.
