Carastro is a member of the US Green Building Council and has LEED acredited professionals on staff.  We have completed the design of LEED projects for new construction and interior renovations.  Our portfolio includes the second LEED Gold CI project accredited in the United States.

Whether a project becomes LEED certified or not, we are always striving to design environmentally friendly facilities that consume less resources and encourage long term sustainability.

We even made our home office a little greener by installing a 2 kilowatt solar photovoltaic system and we were the first commercial building in Tampa to permit and use reclaimed water to flush toilets and urinals.
